Certificate warnings with our databases
If you see a certificate warning when accessing our databases, see if the URL says login.exproxy.nscc.ca. If it does, then accept the certificate to access our databases. The instructions are below.
Why did I get this warning?
We use a secure login to protect your username and password. This method uses a certificate. If you see the certificate warning, then the certificates in your browser have not been updated. Firefox sends the certificate updates out every 3 to 6 months. Microsoft sends them out more often. These don't get updated automatically on campus computers, so you might have to OK the certificate until we do the updates.
At home or on your personal laptops, you should only have to OK our certificate once for your browser.
How to Accept the Certificate
