The College Libraries network is a member of the Novanet library system. Novanet is an online library catalogue that includes the library collections of ten university and college libraries across Nova Scotia. As a member of this rich and diverse library consortium, NSCC Library Services ascribes to a number of universal borrowing policies while maintaining many policies specific to the College.
The Novanet catalogue provides access to millions of resources owned by the following institutions:

Dalhousie University
Mount Saint Vincent University
Nova Scotia Agricultural College
NSCAD University
Nova Scotia Community College
St. Francis Xavier University
Saint Mary's University
University College of Cape Breton
University of King's College
NSCC students, faculty and staff are eligible to become a Novanet library borrower and with such a membership are entitled to borrow from any Novanet library during their duration of study or employment. They are also eligible to access the Novanet Express service that enables Novanet borrowers to request, via the Novanet catalogue, the delivery of materials from one Novanet library to another.
